Speaker: Jason Fried, Executive Officer of the Marin Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO) Jason joined the Commission in May 2018, as Interim Executive Officer and was appointed Executive Officer effective January 2019. Before coming to Marin Jason was with the San Francisco LAFCO. LAFCO recently finished the Municipal Services Report (MSR) for southern Marin which he will summarize. Jason will also share how the current state housing mandates affect LAFCO responsibilities.
